It’s almost the 4th of July!! eek! How is Summer already halfway over?!? In honor of this glorious day, I am bringing you all some fit inspo that is independence day themed. YAS! 

First off… let’s talk about this outfit. If you are a Legally Blonde fan(everyone should be) like me you are going to LOVE this top. Boston + Hall Boutique brought us the cutest top to celebrate Independence day. The front has Elle Woods as a hot dog… I mean come on, that’s awesome. and it has the iconic quote “You look like a hot dog… makes me want a hot dog real bad”. LOL. It came in super duper quick also… When I received it, it was a full length tee. Me being me I decided to cut it off(well, my sis Kaylee did the cutting) and make it into an adorable crop tee. && let’s be real… with this Summer heat we NEED a little air flow. I paired this top with these navy leggings with star details that I purchased from the good ole’ TJ MAXX(also known as my home). Paired with some white Adidas tennis shoes to top off the look. I can NOT wait to rock this look at Cycle You on July 4th.



If you’re like me and Paulette you probs want a hot dog real bad. SO, how can you eat hot dog(or two) and still feel good about your health. Now, i’m not gonna say that this is a healthy choice, but it is a better choice than the regular. This fourth of July you can indulge in a yummy turkey dog which contains fewer calories and fat grams than the regular hot dog. One of my fave things to do is also ditch the bun. Lettuce is a great alternative to the bread and still super yummy. I then add lots & lots of ketchup. I thoroughly believe the ketchup is one of God’s greatest creations. 
To go with this turkey dog you’ll need a refreshing drink so why not an energy fizz stick? If you’re running around all day or out a cook out you’ll need a little extra energy to keep yourself going. This pomegranate fizz stick from Arbonne is so tasty just mixed with water and a little ice. 

I am a firm believer that you should get some form of physical activity each and every day and just because it is a holiday doesn’t mean you don’t have to!!! Maybe you just get up and walk the neighborhood, follow a youtube ab workout, pinterest workout, cycle class, something!!! Just don’t sit on your butt people!
It is so crucial that you give your body some exercise. Especially on a day that you’re more than likely going to be having some gooooood food. Trust me, it will help you feel better the next day. 

After your workout wash off, play with your pups, and enjoy a fun day with the fam! Happy 4th y’all!!
